EXTENDED INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Information document pursuant to and for the purposes of Articles 13 and 14 of EU Reg. 679/2016 and Legislative Decree 101/2018 and smi. Dear Customer, your personal data are used by FRIGERIO POLTRONE E DIVANI SRL, which is the data controller, in compliance with the principles of personal data protection established by Regulation GDPR 2016/679. The information is not to be considered valid for other websites that may be consulted through links on the domain websites of the data controller, which is not to be considered in any way responsible for the websites of third parties. The information is also based on Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by Article 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection, as well as the provisions of Directive 2002/58/EC, as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC, on Cookies, and the provisions of Provision 08.05.2014 of the Guarantor for the protection of personal data concerning cookies.

1. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Personal and identification data. Personal data means any information relating to a natural person, identified or identifiable, even indirectly, by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number; Identifying data are the personal data that allow direct identification of the person concerned (such as name, surname, date of birth, address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.). 2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING FOR WHICH CONSENT IS GRANTED WHERE REQUIRED (ART. 23 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/03)
The personal data voluntarily provided will be processed for the following purposes, until you object: - navigation on this website; - any request for contact, sending information requested by you, subsequent orders, contracts ... - any subscription to the newsletter of the Data Controller; - any sending of your curriculum vitae; - administrative-accounting activities in general. For the purposes of applying the provisions on the protection of personal data, the processing operations carried out for administrative-accounting purposes are those connected with the performance of activities of an organisational, administrative, financial and accounting nature, regardless of the nature of the data processed. In particular, these purposes are pursued by internal organisational activities, those functional to the fulfilment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations, information activities.

3. TREATMENT MODALITIES - CONSERVATION
The processing shall be carried out automatically and/or manually, with methods and tools aimed at guaranteeing maximum security and confidentiality, by persons specifically appointed for this purpose in compliance with the provisions of articles 31 et seq. Legislative Decree 196/03. The data will be kept for a period not exceeding the purposes for which the data was collected and subsequently processed, i.e. for 10 years for tax and accounting documents and contracts and for 2 years for information, estimates, correspondence. The data of those who do not purchase or use products/services, even if they have had previous contact with representatives of the company, will be immediately deleted or processed anonymously, if their storage is not otherwise justified, unless the informed consent of the parties concerned has been validly acquired for a subsequent commercial promotion or market research activity.

4. SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION
Your data, the subject of the processing, will not be disclosed, but may instead be communicated to companies contractually bound to Frigerio Poltrone e Divani Srl, abroad within the European Union, in accordance with and within the limits of art. 42 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - EU Reg. GDPR 679/2016 and Legislative Decree 101/2018. Personal data may be transferred abroad to countries outside the European Union within the scope and within the limits set out in Articles 43 and 44 letter b) of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - EU Reg. 679/2016 and Legislative Decree 101/2018, in order to comply with contracts or related purposes. The data may be communicated to third parties belonging to the following categories: - subjects providing services for the management of the information system used by Frigerio Poltrone e Divani Srl and telecommunications networks (including e-mail and/or platforms for sending newsletters and the similar); - firms or companies in the context of assistance and consultancy relationships; - authorities competent to fulfil legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request. The subjects belonging to the above categories perform the function of Data Processor, or operate in total autonomy as separate Data Controllers. Any further communication or dissemination will take place only with your explicit consent. Please note that if you are already our customer, we will be able to send you any commercial communications relating to services and products of the Owner similar to those you have already used, unless you disagree (art. 130 c. 4 Privacy Code and s.m.i. European Regulation 2016/679).

5. NATURE OF CONFERENCE, WASTE and LEGAL BASIS
Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data. The provision of your personal data is optional but necessary to perfect the specific functions and use the services provided by the Data Controller. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to obtain the information requested, for example, it may prevent you from receiving feedback from the Data Controller, it may prejudice the sending of your application / CV, it may prevent you from registering for the newsletter service, it may prevent you from having accounting-administrative-fiscal documents.

6. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
In accordance with the European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and the national legislation of Legislative Decree 101/2018, the interested party may, in the manner and within the limits provided by current legislation, exercise the following rights: - request confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him/her (right of access); - to know their origin; - receive intelligible communication of the data; - have information about the logic, methods and purposes of processing; - to request the updating, rectification, integration, erasure, anonymization, blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data that are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they have been collected; - in cases of processing based on consent, to receive the data provided to the data controller in a structured and readable form by a data processor and in a format commonly used by an electronic device; - the right to submit a complaint to the Supervisory Authority. 7. CONTROL MEASURES
FRIGERIO POLTRONE E DIVANI SRL undertakes to provide all the information necessary to demonstrate compliance with the above mentioned obligations. It contributes to the audit, inspection and audit activities carried out by the data controller or by another person appointed by the latter.

8. DATA TRANSFER
Personal data are stored on servers and on paper located within the company located in VIA SANT'AGATA 63 - MARIANO COMENSE (CO) within the European Union. In any case, it is understood that the Owner, if necessary, will have the right to move the servers even outside the EU. In this case, the Data Controller assures from now on that the transfer of non-EU data will take place in compliance with the applicable legal provisions, subject to the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided for by the European Commission.

9. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
The Owner reserves the right to modify, update, add or remove parts of this privacy policy at its own discretion and at any time, also in consideration of the updating of industry regulations and/or the provision of new services. The person concerned is required to periodically check for any changes. In order to facilitate such verification, the policy will contain an indication of the date on which the policy was updated. The use of the site, after the publication of the changes, will constitute acceptance of them.
